Refund and Returns Policy

In How to build your private practice workshop, if the Customer is only interested in one day workshop, they will have to pay it in full. Every day of this workshop will add value to customers. Is necessary to complete the whole workshop, every step of the training is necessary to understand the next one. If a customer would like to cancel, they must inform of their intention at least seven (7) days before the beginning of the workshop. Payments won’t be returned.  Please notify us at hello@micounselor.com with “Cancellation Request” in the subject line. We are unable to process refunds but every case will be handled individually.

In Peer support group subscription if the Customer would like to cancel, they must inform of their intention at least seven (7) days before the next scheduled payment in their billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month. Your subscription can be cancelled anytime please advise with seven (7) business days prior to the ending date. If you experience any issues cancelling your subscription, please notify us at hello@micounselor.com with “Cancellation Request” in the subject line. We are unable to process refunds if more than seven (7) days elapsed since the renewal of your subscription.
